Airport Pick up service for very helpful with my parents traveling alone

This hotel is not as advertised on Expedia in a couple of important ways. First, it is not at the location indicated on Google Maps, but is about 100m south at the location labeled as "The Elevate Hotel." Perhaps this is due to a recent consolidation? Maybe the old location was better, because the current place doesn't merit the positive reviews on Google. Second, while the Expedia description boasts a "top rated breakfast," the breakfast was nonexistent. Due to some problem with the restaurant here they couldn't serve breakfast (or any food), so instead they transported us by taxi to another hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast, which was very inconvenient. They did not inform us of this off-site breakfast arrangement at check-in time, even though we inquired about breakfast. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. While this hotel was very affordable, I would book somewhere else next time.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Elevate Hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The bath towels looked more like old cleaning rags—very rough, heavily used, and far from the clean white towels one would expect from a hotel. The airport pickup service was also poorly managed. I had to call the hotel myself, and they informed me that they could not contact me because I had an international phone number. They then asked whether I had WhatsApp. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for my own taxi to the hotel. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. However, the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards, and the surrounding neighborhood was also not particularly appealing. For a hotel charging around $60 per night, I found the amenities and overall experience to be very substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
