Stayed for 5 days, staff were amazing

Amazing staff, from receptionist, door man and room cleaner man, always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble. Helped us getting from A to B with any information we needed

The worst Hotel ever stayed in.

The rooms were dirty. there were people abusing loudly in the hotel hallway corridor all night and inspite of complaining the hotel management was unable to resolve nor control the situation. we had to cut short our stay at the hotel and are disappointed that Expedia even promotes these sub standard hotels on their site. we expect to be refunded in full for our stay at this low class hotel.

A Noisy Option in Nagpur

The hotel is old and requires attention. The carpets in public areas like the lifts are worn out. The soap dispenser was dripping, the electric kettle was not working, minor irritants, but irritants nevertheless. The location is a very crowded bazar area, and incredibly noisy, continuous noise of automobiles, and all other kinds of noises. If one want's a good night's rest, this is a challenging place. The website and the surprisingly the ratings, made me go for this hotel, but was disappointed. (If you are in your own car, which I was, the parking is on the road, though the hotel has a watch man around).

Close to Station, Nice and budget hotel, Rooms are as they appear in the picture Though you can identify the interiors are excellent but somewhere they tried to cut corners. Overall great expreince

Small rooms good location

Rooms are good but very very small. Don't understand how have they even thought about making such small rooms. The bed takes up 90% of the space in the room. Anyways the location is good though, everything is easily accessible. Food is decent.

Perfect hotel at one of the main areas of Nagpur.

Rooms were good and comfortable. Washrooms were clean. Need to hv fans or exhaust fans in washroom. Food was not upto the mark. Could have been better.

Will not recommend

Not worth the money they are charging. Hotels.com should check hotels properly before putting it on their portal. Very small rooms.Complementary breakfast was a joke. Rooms are very small. Could not sleep due to noise from adjacent rooms and lift.
