we didn’t use the pool or spa but our impressions of the whole place were very good. staff were friendly and helpful. the one caveat was breakfast service. hard to find a cup! and the bread was of the ceiling tile variety. but otherwise the food was great. we’d stay again.

Hotel is directly opposite where you check in, which is The George pub. No staff being readily available in the building was a little inconvenient as we had a few confusing moments with the room temperature and couldn’t change it. B&B HOTEL Ipswich
Nice enough hotel as a whole, clean and well presented. Negative is the hard bed with spings that could be felt. Not the best sleep.
