「Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room.
