「A day before our arrival I called the hotel asking about early check-in. I explained we were coming to Green Bay for a 2 PM wedding. I spoke with Bailey, who assured me an early check-in would not be a problem at all and she would make a note of it on our reservation. Bailey was super friendly and happy to help is out. We checked in at 1 PM, 2 hours before regular check-in time. Bailey was at the front desk when we arrived and her demeanor was just as friendly and helpful as it was on the phone....

「クレジットカードの有効期間の入力ミスで予約がキャンセルされていました。入力ミスですのでこちらが悪いのですがなんの連絡も無しにキャンセルされるのは如何なものかと思います。なんで連絡くれなかったのか尋ねたところ、電話が海外だったから、との事。メールでもなんでも連絡出来ると思います。 結果的に空きが有ったので泊まることは出来ましたが、当日予約の電話には1泊$115と答えていたのに、こちらは当初予約した時のレートで倍以上かかりました。一度キャンセルされたんだから当日のレートにしてくれてもよかったんじゃないの？なんて後になって思いましたが、その場では泊まるところが無かったらどうしよう、なんて思っていたので交渉の余裕はありませんでした。 次回は直前の方がレートが下がっていそうなので考えて予約しようかと思います。良い勉強になりました。 ホテル自体は、可もなく不可もなくでした。」

「I won't stay anywhere else in Green Bay. I come up for work from Milwaukee sometimes and I will only stay here I"m done with the big chain hotels. The price is great, friendly staff, rooms are immaculate and food is good at the restaurant. I'm happy to spend my money for a locally owned business. Highly recommend. 」
