i just felt the outside of the property was dirty and not well kept.. even the elevators were dirty rooms were not bad but it just looked and felt dirty

Sands Ocean Club Resort
Bathroom was not a good cleaning job & i hate finding random hairs all over. Just felt old and itchy there. Bed was nothing but noise/squeaky and would plop up matter how soft & lightly you sat down. Balcony was a very nice view. Pool was nice, could also use cleaning. Staff was absolutely amazing! ...
