The property needs to get all the broken down cars out of the parking garage to make room for guests. Also, i was keep up ALL night Satursday by noisey guests playing Karoke until 2 am. This policy needs to be posted outside on the balcony just like the other sign.

Booked this stay in short notice. Got to the rooms and it less than desirable. Had a TV on the wall but no box to show TV. Hot water handle was broke and could not be turned on. I informed the front desk and they said "ok" and that was it. For the money I paid I was expecting better service and accomodations. Not sure I will be back to the hotel.

We loved everything except that it was my honeymoon and room conditions on housekeeping weren't great. Too much to name. We took advantage of the units washer and dryer during our stay. Bought Lysol and laundry supplies in hotels convenient store. Placed our do not disturb sign on door and cleaned what we could to get through our stay. On 2nd day a housekeeper opened our door which had a do not disturb sign on it. It was wrongly assigned. I alerted front desk of my stay being prepaid online for four nights. I was on my honeymoon I'm glad we were dressed. We would love to return if conditions improve. All other staff were great in every department. I just hope they can improve. It was fun we made best of situation but definitely wouldn't had paid as much for this place for the conditions inside the room.

The property is dated, but nice (overall). The shower curtain in our room was spotted with mildew stains, the bathroom sink faucet seemed to leak across the counter a little when turned on, the faucet in the kitchenette dripped, the filter for the coffee maker wasn't clean, and the veneer on the walls of some of the passenger elevators was broken (or peeled away) in spots. I'm glad we were. On the 11th floor because the restaurant/bar lounge on the 1st floor was LOUD. The patrons there partied hard every night; but everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves and having fun. I loved the easy access to the beach (onr can walk for miles. We even had a really nice view if the beach feont from our balcony. The parking garage directly across from the resort/hotel is ancient and could stand to be replacrd in my opinion. The space is very constricted, and one would need to exercise care navigating it. Lastly, the elevator in the parking garage can be really slow. So if you're in pretty good shape, it may be more efficient taking the stairs.

Upon checking in the room door was unlocked. The room had not been cleaned and had crumbs and food everywhere. Even when showing the staff pictures of the room condition they did not send anyone up to clean it. Very disappointed.

First thing you smell when you walk in is weed. Very loud, trash everywhere. Not clean at all, floors nasty sand everywhere like they don’t even clean. Blood on the table, would not recommend.

Our room was not very clean when we arrived. We asked staff numerous times for items and it took a few days before we received these items. We did enjoy our view, the pools and the local restaurants.

Stay was in the side building of Sands Ocean Club overlooking the lazy river. Room was very dirty and dated. Previous stays in the main part of the building have been much better than this section. Have stayed many times in the past and this was the worst conditions have seen.

They need to do better on how these rooms looked and it smells like smoke and not all that clean and they need to do better with their customers service so I will never come back here again the only thing is good is the view of the beach with the nice water waves and the patio

Room was dirty, had spills on the floor that I had to clean myself. Had to ask for clean towels multiple times. Chairs on balcony were dirty as well. Parking deck never had parking except on the 5th floor and it was super dark up there and dangerous for kids.

When we arrived, many guests were visibly and vocally upset due to waiting for rooms to be Ava, house keeping was running behind. Our room was very dated however when the wind blew it completely shook the glass door to the balcony and very noticeable cracks all down the walls where that door attaches. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets for use. Noisy at all hours, the hall traffic, construction sounds in another room and construction outside all around. The over powering weed smell did me in on the last night but knew that we were going home early, so I needed a few hours of rest. Beds were surprisingly comfortable but I was very disappointed with our stay.

The property is AWESOME!!! However, it is lacking when it comes to the staff. From the very beginning I was misled. I got told that with my stay I got tickets for activities such as the waterpark in the summer months and the Track in winter months, also advertising states there’s an arcade on property which there is not. Those two points were what made my decision on this particular hotel. The staff is not knowledgeable of the area or activities for kids. I had to talk with the women at FD a couple of times and they acted like I was bothering them and it was about supplies ie: toiletries running out in our room. I asked HK for bed change and broom she acted like I was a bother. My trash set out in the hallway for 7 hours b4 it got removed. None of the staff I came into contact with acted happy and no one smiled or was friendly and welcoming. But the indoor pool and spa was nice even though the jets were broken in one spa. I asked for oceanfront and my entire view was blocked by the outside bar and that was disappointing due to I am not a drinker. It may be better in the summer months but I think they need a revamp on the staff!!!
