Week stay

We stayed Sun-Sat and the hotel was exactly as expected. It was clean and check in was easiest I've ever had. Pools were clean and hotel was pretty quiet. Will definitely book next time.

Family spring break

The view is amazing. Great location. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. In mid March the pools were well heated. The condo was generaly clean but there was some sand on the floors when we arrived. We had a great time. The balacony was awesome.

Lovely accommodations

We enjoyed our stay very much. The king bed was the best we've EVER had in a vrbo or hotel! Disappointed the icemaker didn't work but everything else was great!

Beautiful view!

Had a great stay at Ocean One! Two nicely sized bedrooms, stocked kitchen and laundry. The view from both balconies was amazing to go to sleep to and wake up to! Thank you!

The condo itself was fine. Bedding was good and there was lots of space. Julie was very helpful with the early check in, Check in was easy. But the building was not clean. The hot tub and pools were really in need of cleaning. That may have more to do with the property management. But it really requires more maintenance to be done.

Horrible experience- Big Fish Rentals

This was a terrible experience. Big Fish Rental, the management company for this property, provided horrible service. We requested an early check-in at an additional cost of $50 and had been in communication with a representative from Big Fish Rental the entire time. Payment was made, but when we went to check in, we found that our verification process was incomplete. Big Fish Rental never informed us about any needed verification. The process took about an hour to complete, cutting into our early check-in time, and they refused to credit us as we waited outside a locked condo. I missed my son's check-in event. This was the worst experience ever, and the representative was extremely rude as well.

Myrtle Beach April 2024

The host was very responsive to us but the listing was misleading. The condo we rented in Ocean One had a lot of damaged walls and cupboards. The light switches on the wall didn’t turn on any lights. The comfort of the beds and furniture were lacking. We spent the first half hour recording the room. There is a lit to do that is in close proximity but don’t think we will stay here again.

Excellent quality for the money!

Great room for the rate. Loved the two balconies as well as the beautiful master suite. Unbelievable views! Love the check in process and not having to deal with the front desk. Was concerned about getting our deposit back after reading reviews but had zero problems - we documented any previous damages but it wasnt necessary. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Pools/hot tubswere unavailable

The inside is nice, not overly comfortable. The advertisement and pictures for the indoor and outdoor pools were NOT accurate. The outside pool and 2 hot tubs were dug up, the lazy river had caution tape around it. The indoor pool was very mucky and dark looking. It was open Saturday and Sunday, but taped off on Monday when it was raining.

Julie answered any questions promptly. Check in process and check out process was very easy.

The condo was great for the 5 girls staying here. There was just little things that needed fixing like door knobs. However, informed Julie about it right away and she said she would take care of it when we left. Air conditioning was great and tvs all worked. Great view from condo on 14 th floor. We loved the 2 balconies. Thanks Julie for a great stay.

Overall a bit disappointing

From check in (as last year) same issues, went in and the room was not cleaned at first only noticed 1 thing but as we further inspected that day we found molded food beside bed under a nightstand, dishes not clean, spilled substance under fridge, broken bathroom toilet paper holder as well most of all a BROKEN WASHER. I sent message to owner and the one part of the floor was cleaned we were told we'd have access to another unit to wash clothes as we were there 5 days yet nobody got back to us. The pool is nor well kept at all almost as if the filters aren't cleaned properly. Honestly probably would think about going directly thru the hotel in hopes of better service compared to the rental place we used.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The room was comfortable. Pics make it look larger than it was but it was great. The view was awesome! Easy access to the beach. Pools were nice although we didn't use them. They were really crowded. So many restaurants to choose from. Our favorite was Hook and Barrel. Great food!
