New to Luxury Beach Rentals! This gorgeous oceanfront condo with endless views of the Atlantic Ocean, is perfect for larger families featuring three separate rooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and the third room features 2 twin beds. A separate living area with additional seating and oceanfront private balcony access makes it the perfect space for families to gather.

Additionally, this non-smoking condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, basic utensils, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Take advantage of the fantastic amenities offered at The Palms Resort, including oceanfront and indoor pools and spas, a fitness center, indoor kiddie pool and more. Your perfect beach getaway awaits!

- Luxury Linen package included!

- Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent

- Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY

- Deposit required to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Great family location

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and well appointed. Perfect views from the two balconies. Management company was very communicative. We had no issues. Would be happy to stay at the Palms again.

Nice stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

I see this listing has been removed from VRBO. When we rented, I'm sure it said recently updated. If anything, it needs some attention. The room with two twins is more like a large storage closet. These beds need to be lifted like in a dorm to allow for suitcases and proper cleaning. One bed squeaked every time my son rolled over or moved. The bathroom is dangerous, the bar in the middle of the shower wall was not installed. When my mother grabbed the bar to get in, the bar fell off and she landed face down on her elbows in the tub. Thankfully my father heard her calling for him and had not locked the bathroom door. She could not have gotten up on her own. The Master bedroom had 5+years of dust on it, totally disgusting and clipped toenails in the floor. The space was over run with blankets just wadded up. The sliding doors were missing handles on the outside and they were off the rail. Once my husband got them working you had to be careful opening and closing the door. The hot water was turned off at the tank, we figured it out, but most days took cold showers. The person about was awake from 1am until 7am, scraping furniture across the floor and banging doors. We dealt with this and more and decided it would not ruin our vacation but it was overpriced for sure.
