This property was overall nice! Home away from home definitely. The parking was terrible, why pay 20$ for parking and can’t park infront of your building. Other than parking the property and staff was very nice.

This property would be perfect if it was not under construction (which aparently it has been for about a year now) and there were multiple elevators. 22 floors with 3 working elevators is insane for coming and going. 20 minutes to get our buggy down due to the 3 elevaors being packed so full.. Has the potential and the amenities. But nothing open on the main lobby due to construction, one way put, and only 3 elevators for thousands of people.. Theres some work to be done..

Way to many hurdles to go through to get checked in one elevator was down so it took 20 minutes to wait day of check in and 40 min wait to get an elevator that wasn’t already full. I wouldn’t stay her again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. WE BOOKED A 2 NIGHT STAY FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND FOR A OCEANVIEW ROOM. WE GET THERE AND THE ROOM HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL. AS SOON AS YOU WALKED INTO THE ROOM THERE WAS FOOD, DIRT, AND REMOTES ALL OVER THE FLOOR. WE BOOKED A 2 BEDROOM CONDO. WE GOT A QUEEN BED, A BUNK BED W/A TWIN AND FULL BED INSTEAD OF 2 QUEEN BEDS AS BOOKED. THEN PROCEEDED TO CHECK OUT THE REST OF THE ROOM, ONLY 1 ROOM WAS CLEANED OUT OF THE WHOLE CONDO. THE 2ND BATHROOM TOLIET AND TUB WAS FILTHY. THE LIVING ROOM HAD ASHES, FOOD, AND PET HAIR ALL OVER IT. MY 2 YR OLD IS ALLERGIC TO CATS AND HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION WHEN HE SAT DOWN ON SAID COUCH. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DISGUSTING IT WAS NEVER CLEANED AT ALL AND IT SMELLED LIKE SOMEONE TURNED IT OFF. THE BALCONY WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY. THE VIEW WAS A PARTIAL OCEANVIEW WHICH PER OUR BOOKING WAS NOT WHAT WE BOOKED AT ALL. THE MANAGEMENT TOLD US THST SINCE THEY WERE SO BOOKED THEY COULDN'T FIX OUR ACCOMMODATIONS OR REFUND PARTIAL OR ALL OF THE ROOM BACK. WE WAITED 3 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN THE ROOM. THE LADIES WHO CAME WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL WHO EVEN TOLD US THIS HOTEL GETS SEVERAL COMPLAINTS. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC SITUATION WE HAVE BEEN IN WITH A HOTEL AND WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN.
