The mix of good and bad reviews online are both accurate and we managed our expectations before we went. The ocean view was amazing. The pools were clean and fun especially for kids and us adult kids 🙂 The onsite restaurant was good. The starbucks was nice. The tiki bar made good drinks. The room was nice. It was nice having a big refrigerator. The cons were the hotel hallways were disgusting - make sure to bring sandals. The breakfast buffet was subpar. About 1.5 hours prior to closing, there was old food there not being replenished fully. The parking garage is across the street. The elevator was broke one day. A pack and play was not in our room as requested, but it was delivered shortly after we checked in upon request. The service was satisfactory. The ladies at check in were nice and when we needed towels and the tv fixed, we received service immediately. If I were to go again, I would book with the resort directly and not with expedia. Expedia did not honor their price match guarantee when I found the cheaper price directly. I also had to pay resort fees I would not have had to pay if I booked directly. Overall, good stay.

The property was nice. Customer Service from front desk was not the greatest. Some of the employees seemed as though, they did not want to be there. (African American employees to be exact) I’m black so this review has nothing to do with race. Also, the room could’ve been a little cleaner as Especially the bathrooms. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. I appreciate housekeeping a lot for replacing our towels. Thank you.
