During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Loved staying here. Great water pressure, loved that the travel size shampoo soap and conditioner was dove brand and not the hotel crap lol. The place was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I would stay here again

Great location, pool area was nice and not over crowded. Would recommend staying here. Only down fall was the water pressure in the shower. Staff was very friendly. Check in and out was smooth process.

There is a lot to do at the property but because we were there for weekend didn’t get to try any. We did enjoy the restaurant on premises. Had no issues with anything. The building does block your view of the sunrise but beach view is good .

Air conditioner didn't work very well. Have been coming to Patricia grand for years this was the worse stay and the price was more than double last years.

I want to start by saying that all staff we encountered at the hotel was amazing. That’s when things started to go down south. We get to our room and the cleanliness wasn't good, I don’t know who they have cleaning them, but they should hire new. Clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, sand/dirt in the shower. The room hadn’t been dusted in a white. There was sand in the fridge. . The in room provided dished were dirty and gross. We enjoyed ourselves but for the price was a disappointment.

This is a great hotel to take my dog. I searched and searched for a hotel that I can take my dog to and it was hard to find any. This was perfect. It was a great little quick weekend getaway and I will stay here again as long as I can bring my little pooch. The only complaint I had I did smell cigarette smoke as soon as I walk in not sure if it was coming from another room or what. But after a while, I didn’t smell it anymore. But I will recommend this resort, especially if you are planning to bring your pooch.

The view was awesome!!! The convenient kitchen is always a plus and the beds felt amazing!! We actually arrived 30 minutes early and we're checked in immediately!! Other than the long wait at the elevators the morning of check out, The Patricia Grand was an amazing getaway for me and my friend!! Definitely planning on coming back!!

This was a basic room with all we needed for 3 of us plus a pet. The hotel is not doing housekeeping still due to covid, so we did have to ask at the front desk for towels and other basics. The room did have a broom but no dustpan. Good view though not fully oceanfront. Would stay again if taking our dog again due to being pet friendly.

Very nice room with a wonderful oceanfront view. Full kitchen with supplies, comfortable bed, and an amazing balcony view. The only complaint was our bathroom sink and tub drain very slow. We called the front desk and someone was sent up to clear the drain. Our guess was because of sand from the beach. No matter how much you clean off, some sand is going to make its way back to the room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach, easy access to the pool, and wonderful staff. Definitely worth a return trip.

My husband and I stay here at least twice a year, every year, for 3 to 7 days and each time I love it even more. Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and the hotel is drama free. If you can get the oceanfront efficiency so you can see the ocean from your bed.
