"Mykonos Bay Resort is a Mykonian gem! We spent five (5) amazing days in Mykonos and the resort was a highlight. From the moment we were picked up at the port by the complimentary service offered by the resort to the moment we were returned to the port , again with the complimentary service the service, cleanliness, politeness, patience and professionalism of all the staff was exemplary. The resort is pure indulgence and luxury. All hail to Panos who picked us up and took us back to the port, a courteous and informative driver, with a big smile. Another big shout out to Paola especially and Anna at reception, both kind, courteous and helpful. The young wait staff at the Karavas restaurant were excellent - efficient, helpful, professional and always courteous. Also a shout out to the hardworking cleaning staff, who always had a smile and cleaned our room beautifully. The location of the resort is excellent. A 7 minute easy walk to the town centre. Everything was walking distance. The al a carte breakfast menu included in the price was amazing - 5 stars. We would go back to Mykonos just to stay at the resort! We highly recommend Mykonos Bay Resort. It ticks every box! A luxurious resort at affordable rates. Thank you for making our stay, so so good."

"Terrible service they look and smile but don’t ask if you’d like coffee at breakfast or Dinks at the pool they give you a link when you ask for reservations. The gym is awful one working treadmill one not so take a number and wait in line There’s no hot tub on the premises except for in the spa we booked two hours at the spa for massage and hot tub - well… they double booked and kicked us out after the massage They forget constantly that they are in the hospitality business The room is terrible no good lighting for makeup noting in the room no mirror near any plugs for doing your hair. I don’t know who designed this place but it’s a joke. We had cat poop on our porch from beginning to end. Run far away "
