Plan on waiting a good while for cabs or arrange for transport with hotel

If you are arriving by ferry, I suggest using SeaJets and not Blue Star Ferries. SeaJets will drop you off at the Old Port which is a short walk to the hotel. Blue Star Ferries uses the New Port which is a taxi ride away.

Not a place you want to hang around too long due to lack of any food options or amenities nearby. Only one sad kiosk for food or drink unless you wait to buy these on the ferry. About 8-10min out of town. There’s a bus into town on the hour that can be caught from the port. Taxi should only cost you 10 euro maximum into town.
