It offers traditional Cycladic decoration with modern elements and include outdoor seating area.The house has 50mbs WiFi and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include smart T Vwith Netflix, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.

We are pleased to make your vacations unforgettable. We suggest you kindly to take a moment to read the following document which will be provide important information to ensure you a pleasant vacation.

After your reservation as per the Greek Law requirement you will be asked to provide your passport & photo

HOUSE RULES :
-Check-in time: 16:00 Check-out time: 11:00am sharp.
-NO parties/events. Fine for party or event on the premises.
-NO smoking of any kind. Fine for smoking. In case we find evidence of smell or ashes inside the unit you will be charged from your deposit the amount of 100 euros.
- Lost keys: There will be a charge of 50,00 euros in case of losing the keys plus cost of locksmith and lock costs paid by guest.
- NO illegal activity on the premises.
- Never throw papers and other objects in the toilet.
- Kindly respect the quiet hours: According to Greek Law Quiet Hours are: 14.00-17.30 and 21.00-08.30. Please keep noise to a minimum. No loud parties, drunkenness, or unruly conduct is allowed at any time. Any disturbances which cause annoyance or discomfort to other tenants or neighbours will not be tolerated.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring non guests at the house.
- We are not responsible for 3rd party services (water, internet, power) and will not refund for shortages.
-No eating or drinking in or on the beds. A fee will be charged to replace bedding items with food or drink stains etc.
-Guests are liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury they may cause or incur on-premises. We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or in the pool area or for items left behind after your stay. -Never take bath towels at the beach or pool.
-Please close air-conditioning when not in the house.

POOL RULES - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk - Watch your step on slippery surfaces. - Shower is required before entering the pool. - No music in the pool area at any time - No diving and no running around the pool area. - Glassware and crystal bottles are not allowed on the pool area. -The usage of pool by children under 18 without adult supervision is strictly forbidden. Please make sure that kids are always supervised when in the pool area or around it as the surface is very slippery when wet. -Is is strictly forbidden to bring non hotel guests to the pool area.

We have the following Rules for our guests with Animals. This ensures that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!

•Your Animal should not be left unattended at any time otherwise in a crate if not barking. You *must* have and use a crate for your Assistance Animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water.
•Your Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Please provide an advance copy of your Animal's vaccines health passport Current rabies vaccines are required by our town.
•Your Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behaviour or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Please walk your Animal outside for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up the defecations immediately as per the Greek Law
•Please keep your Animal off the furniture and beds

•You are responsible at all times for your Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs or replacements.
