The hotel is stunningly beautiful! The room was modern, pretty, very comfortable bed, with a priceless view!

We arrived later in the evening. The woman at the front desk checked us in and told me that I would love the room she had assigned us. The room was a multi-purpose room. It appears that is doubles as a reception room. There were double doors to enter the room and upon opening them, there was a very strong smelling unpleasant odor. Inside we saw that there were Murphy beds, some high top tables, a separate seating area. The windows looked out on the dumpster. It was late, we were tired, we went to bed. If the front desk had shared all of this upfront, rather than thinking we would like the room, because it was large, that would have been appreciated. I was charged incorrectly for the first night at the hotel, when I went to ask about it, the woman removed the charge- it took days for the reversal to show up in my bank account. I went to the front desk each of the days I was there to see if I could get some evidence of the reversal of the charge. Each person was unable to support this request.
