We recently stayed here for just over a week as a family of four, including an infant, and had a very comfortable experience. The room was equipped with all the essentials for daily living, and we especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer, which were extremely helpful in reducing the amount of clothing we needed to pack for the trip. Housekeeping was provided three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), which felt like the right frequency to keep the room clean and tidy without being intrusive. The location was also very convenient—there’s a supermarket and a food court just a short walk away, so we never had trouble getting daily necessities or meals. In addition, the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, making it easy to reach stations like Serangoon and Hougang.

The hotel’s location was exceptionally convenient for sightseeing. City Hall MRT station and several bus stops are just a short walk away, making it easy to reach major attractions. Merlion Park and the Bay area are also within walking distance, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Before my stay, I contacted the hotel to inform them of my early-morning arrival. They kindly arranged luggage storage and even guided me to a shower facility, which allowed me to start my first day comfortably after a long flight. The staff were attentive, helpful, and made my stay feel very welcoming. Overall, this hotel is an excellent base for exploring Singapore, with great access, thoughtful service, and a comfortable environment.
