"Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed.
Even better are the staff. Fernanda made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. All the staff we saw were friendly.
A pleasure to spend the start of our vacation here. "
"Its a bit mixed, bed was good and conformable, linen was clean but had a stain. Reception was a bit mixed, forst impression wasnt great, two members of staff on the desk, neither said hello, just carried on. No greating nothing, one looked up and my husband said we were checkin in. From that point the female staff was great. Next day at check out, male staff on reception was the same, I went over, nothing, said good morning and male staff finally looked up, and said good morning.
In the bedroom, who came up with the idea to add sound effect to the door lock when it opens? At night you can hear them from the corridor. Bedroom window need a darker bind, room shouls be completely dark so you can have a good night sleep. "
"Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well.
Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working."
