J’ai récemment séjourné au Swiss-Belinn à Oman et j’ai été très satisfait de mon expérience. L’hôtel est moderne, propre et bien entretenu, avec des chambres confortables et bien équipées. La literie est de bonne qualité, ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée de voyage. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et professionnel, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. C’est un vrai point fort qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est pratique, notamment si vous êtes en transit ou proche de l’aéroport, même si ce n’est pas le meilleur choix pour visiter la ville à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Je le recommande vivement !

Living the life

It was a good stay. Staff was really accommodating and courteous. The hotel is new and cleanliness is excellent. There was even a hand sanitizer waiting by the reception. They made my weekend awesome.

It’s a nice clean hotel for one night stay, my room had no view the window looked into car park and empty ground much of day light but it was ok as I only stayed one night and checked out early morning

The Staff are outstanding. The cleaning staff is prompt and thorough and the hotel is very clean and tidy. The stars of the show are the dining staff. Regardless of the demands from visitors they are happy and willing to serve and keep track of meeting customers needs.

Perfect for what we needed

This hotel was absolutely for what we needed. We had a 15 hour layover in Oman and we have 1 year old twins, so comfort, service, and proximity to the airport were our main considerations, and they were perfect in all those areas and more. It also had the added convenience of a plaza with numerous fast food restaurants, coffee shops and other businesses being a very short walk away. I highly recommend anyone who's either passing through on a layover or just looking for a hotel near the airport to stay here.

the hotel is so close to the airport, staff were polite and helpfull, rooms are clean and diw, the only thing that I didn't like was the view, I booked a room with sea view but there wasn't an actual sea view which I was expecting (so far from the sea), I could see the sea on the horizon )))

This hotel is good value for money. I like going there when I need a few quiet days. It’s also close to the airport. It’s clean and unpretentious and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I didn’t like the chipped floor in the bathroom and I didn’t like the fact that the only tissue in the bathroom was almost finished. Tip: always have an extra role on standby.

Humidity smell and some other issues

There is a humidity smell in the room although the hotel and building is 3 years old. Their AC system needs a proper maintenance. Their shampoo and shower gel quality is low. There is no iron and ironing board in the room. They provide as per your request but both of them very low quality.

Staff at Reception was too poor in his hospitality and support. We are 3 adults in the room and already booked for the same, so therefore expect to have 3 sets when housekeeping are cleaning the room in terms of towels and other requested from toiletry items etc. Unfortunately, when requesting we have to call again and ask for more. When speaking to front office desk agent, the reply received is "what do you expect, you booked in a 3-star hotel" I will never stay here again and also will not recommend Swiss Bel as a chain of hotels in any of my trips if this is the poor standard, support and training of their staff. Whats an unfortunate SHAME !

Very nice

This is a small hotel, very very clean and quite busy as it is close to the airport. I did not figure out if there was a hotel-shuttle. I don't think so. I just used local taxi's. There are fast food places within walking distance, both shwarma stands, convenience stores and a MacDonald's.
