Majestic Mallorcan villa with beautiful garden and swimming pool.Capacity for 8 people.The villa has a surface area of 250 m² of comfort in all aspects. It has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen along with the dining room. In addition to a small toilet.It stands out for being a new construction and for the great quality of all the accommodations.The outdoor area is not left behind, there is a terrace, fenced pool, sun loungers, barbecue, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace to enjoy good weather, company and spectacular views.IMPORTANT:- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.- Electricity, air conditioning and heating according to consumption (€0.30/kW)- A refundable deposit is charged.- Parties are not allowed.- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.Discover the magic of Muro, a charming village in Mallorca that captivates with its Mediterranean authenticity. We all enjoyed our stay in Mallorca and this fantastic villa very much. The views were magnificent and we loved being in these quiet surroundings, keeping ourselves to ourselves. Can entirely recommend!!!

Amazing family holiday

The villa was so lovely and peaceful and well equipped with everything you need. Some shade by the pool - the shade only comes out when there’s no wind whatsoever and it was windy most of the time, the showers could do with a bit of updating, more pillows in the bedrooms and a blind for the big window in the master bedroom bathroom as everyone in the fields and neighbouring villas can see in!

Das Haus und das komplette Gelände waren wunderschön angelegt. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ersetzt werden. Der Pool war leider nicht so sauber.

Leider war die Finca bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber

Abschließbarer Pool war mit 5 Kindern perfekt. Auch die Außenanlagen sind top und sehr gepflegt. Sauberkeit im Haus und im Pool. Das Housekeeping war da leider stellenweise sehr oberflächlich.
