Featuring 3 elegant double bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and TV, along with a modern interior including a stylish living room, bright dining area, and a high-end fully equipped kitchen, this villa ensures a perfect stay.



Please note that the ensuite bathroom has a glass door which is fully transparent. We inform you of this in advance for privacy considerations.



The exterior is a haven of relaxation, boasting a private pool, a chill-out terrace with a Balinese bed, ergonomic loungers, and a barbecue. Located near one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches and within easy reach of restaurants and activities, it also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating, making it ideal year-round.



For larger groups, it can be rented alongside the neighbouring Villa Cuc.
