「Check in was simple and quick. Prairie Pizza is delicious! Room backed up to a house, they were working in the garage until after 10pm. The A/C is very loud, and woke us up all night when it kicked on. Breakfast was very basic, but kept stocked well. Morning help was not interested in opening the pool on time, and then complained that we weren't the only guests when we asked 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be opened. We get it, but when we politely asked if the pool was going to be...

「The TV did not work. The breakfast was processed food. The bathroom had a slippery floor and tub. Room cleaning was an extra charge. The gym was very basic.」

「The breakfast was the worst we've had at a Holiday Inn Express. Cold eggs, cold sausage, gravy but no biscuits even after asking. Toilet paper holder was about to come off. Not HIE's finest property.」

「Air conditioning taped together and not cooling, linens were dirty and couldn’t get swapped out. Asked for garbage and towels to be switched and was told they didn’t have time. They have not tried to fix, and never cleaned or gave new towels over 4 days stay. Find a different hotel in Pierre」

「I am thrilled that the Ramkota finally got a much needed facelift. The owners had milked all they could out of the previous renovations. Room looked great and the was clean. The one annoying thing was they left about two spins worth of toilet paper on the roll and no spare roll. I didn’t notice until late in the evening and ended up having to go wait at the front desk to get one. Outside of that, the stay was pleasant.」
