Villetta 12 is a spacious semi-detached house (located next to another villa) in an impressive beachside location. The tastefully furnished house is well separated and features a sunny pergola at the entrance. The lovely covered terrace with a barbecue leads to the flowering garden, where the green lawn, purple bougainvillea, and red oleander bushes create a vibrant play of colors. The highlight of the house is an enchanting, sheltered glazed outdoor seating area, where you can relax on comfortable loungers even in cooler temperatures. There is a 4-star hotel next to the house, but its architecture blends harmoniously with the landscape. In high summer, you may hear music from the evening entertainment.
