Villetta 12 is a wonderful, spacious semi-detached house (next to Villa Salvi) in an impressive beach location. The tastefully furnished house is nevertheless well separated and has a sunny pergola in the entrance area. The beautiful covered terrace with barbecue leads to the flowering garden, where the green of the lawn with the purple of the bougainvillea and the red of the oleander bushes create a fascinating play of colors. The highlight of the house is an enchanting, sheltered glazed outdoor seating area, where you can relax on comfortable loungers even in cooler temperatures. There is a 4-star hotel next to the house, but its architecture blends in perfectly with the landscape. In high summer, you can hear the music of the evening entertainment.
