The room was okay. The beds were comfy and had all amenities needed for a couple of nights stay. The plug was hanging off the wall, the blinds wouldn’t shut, there was bare electrical cables taped up next to the shower in the bathroom. Was okay, but a few issues found.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet neighbourhood. Near public transport. No air conditioning, but still cool in summer (as no direct sun on windows). Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.

To start, I have to say this was the most disappointing hotel we stayed at during our trip through Europe. It also had the least friendly and least helpful customer service. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally reserved an extra night about three months before our stay. I realized the error less than 24 hours later and contacted the hotel immediately. Although I accepted that the mistake was mine, the hotel was unwilling to offer even a partial refund or any alternative accommodation, which was disappointing. The rooms were very small, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the windows did not seal properly and felt loose, which made the room less comfortable. That said, we still made the best of our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many attractions within easy walking distance, and that was definitely its biggest advantage. I’m hesitant to recommend this hotel based on our experience. Of course, every stay is different, so take my review with a grain of salt, but I’m sharing my experience as honestly as I can.

The hotel was in a cute neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. There was a conveniently located grocery store where we bought pastries and drinks daily. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was over the top helpful. When we arrived, we were overheated, and the manager offered us a cold beverage immediately.
