２４時間チェックインOK
ミュンヘン中心地からは少し距離があるが、静かで治安もよく快適に過ごせました。チェックインも２４時間対応なので助かりました。 オクトーバーフェストの期間中でしたが、値段もリーズナブルでした。

便利で清潔
LHのシャトルから歩いて数分、U6のNordfriendhofから歩いて2分と好立地ではあるが、近くにレストランは無し。部屋は清潔で良いが、シャンプーはボディー、ヘヤ兼用でリンスは無し（こちらでは普通）。1週間バイクでツーリングに出ていた間、スーツケースは無料で預かって貰えた。ヘヤの大きさは、日本のビジネスホテル程度で、スーツケースをフルに広げるスペースは無いが、窮屈でも無い。立地を考えれば、リーズナブルなホテルであることは間違いない。

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったですが、アメニティが今一歩でした。またレンタカーでいったのですが、駐車場がホテルのフロントに尋ねなければ分らないような地下のガレージでした。

親切なホテルです
1泊しかしていませんが、スタッフは皆さん親切で、英語で丁寧に説明して下さいました。部屋もシンプルですが綺麗で明るかったです。私の部屋はバスタブはありませんでしたが、いつもお湯は貯めないので、なくても問題有りませんでした。トイレ、シャワー室共に清潔で気持ちがよかったです。ただ、立地が少し不安かもしれません。あまり散策していないのでもしかしたらあったのかもしれないのですが、周りにすぐスーパー等が見つかるような場所ではなかったので、買い出しは少し大変なのかもしれません。お隣には可愛いカフェが有りましたので、私はそこでパンを購入しました。お正月から開いていて助かりました！ 地下鉄への駅までは一本道で歩いて5分以内ですし、そこから中心地へもすぐです。値段も考えるととても良いホテルだと思います♪

The hotel is well placed for transport links, especially with the AirPort Express bus over the road. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is perfectly fine with enough options.

A little spartan, but overall clean and comfortable for a budget option. Location is not walkable to sights, but very convenient to the metro while the neighborhood is quiet, green, and walkable in its own right.

Die Mitarbeiterin welche uns am Abend empfangen hatte, war ein wenig überfordert mit der Anreise von 9 Personen gleichzeitig und wirkte dadurch gestresst. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren zufrieden.

Not good in warm days
The reception, cleaning and services were great, well located next to Metro/U-Bahn. The air conditioner was not working properly and there is no mini bar/fridge, so consider that when staying there in warmer days.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, altbacken und dafür zu teuer. Auch lief Tag u. Nacht ein Lüfter den ich persönlich als störend empfand. Dies sei auch in jedem Zimmer so. Frühstück war auch nicht wirklich gut, lieber nebendran zum Bäcker gehen. Personal und Sauberkeit waren gut.

The only thing that spoiled our stay, was a large (and noisy) group of visitors to the Darts competition taking place over the Easter weekend. The poor Receptionist had a hard time with them. There also a large group of American teenagers on a school trip, and they too were very noisy in the bar area; we had to ask their teachers to intervene (they were sitting there saying nothing!).

Bueno y adecuado al precio
El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de estacion de metro y de la parada del Lufthansa Express (transporte desde/hacia aeropuerto). No hay muchos comercios cerca y el hotel no cuenta con maquinas expendedoras, pero si tiene servicio de bar 24 horas. La habitación estaba limpia y del tamaño adecuado de acuerdo al precio, tal vez lo que menos me gustaron fueron los pasillos porque se veían un poco descuidados. Volvería a utilizar este hotel sin problema, me gustó.

Loistava sijainti
Varasimme Ibis München -hotellin Oktoberfest-käynnin ajaksi ja pääkriteeri majoituksen valinnassa oli sijainti. N. 100 metrin päässä hotellista on U6-linjan pysäkki, josta pääsee keskustaan nopeasti sekä pohjoiseen Allianz Arenalle alle 10 minuutissa. Hotellin kohdalla on myös Lufthansa Express -bussin pysäkki, jolla pääsee lentokentälle/-kentältä hotellille.
