Hotel was beautiful, cclean, and breakfast was excellent. Staff at the time of check in was very unorganized. We were placed in the wrong room. Had blanket, pillow, towel for one although we were 2. They didn’t take my credit card at check-in, although I took it out and offered it. At the time I thought that was odd. The hotel then emailed days later demanding payment. I did give my credit card information and paid because it was only fair. Their communication was rude.

Die Kofferablage die mit Teppich belegt war, hatte Flecken.Hätte man mal sauber machen können, für den Preis für eine Übernachtung hätte ich eine Flasche Wasser „ for free“ erwarten können, genauso wie eine saubere Dusche. Zum duschen musste man die Wanne benutzen, leider war der Einstieg in die Wanne überhaupt nichts für meinen Mann , der gehbehindert ist, zudem war der Duschschlauch viel zu kurz um sich die Haare darunter zu spülen. Man musste in die Knie gehen. Das absolute Highlight war dass um 9.15 Uhr keine Brötchen mehr da waren. Sonst war alles zum Frühstück vorhanden. Vollkommen ausreichend. Von den ( ich vermute mal zwei Auszubildenden), die leider auch keinen guten Morgen gewünscht haben und von der Service Kraft am Buffett hätte man erwarten können wenn sie vier mal am brötchenkorb vorbeigehen, dass man mal auffüllt. Als ein Gast um 9.30 Uhr kam und nach Brötchen fragte wurde ihm gesagt dass es keine mehr gibt. Eine halbe Stunde de später hat man dann endlich mal einen von den Auszubildenden zum Bäcker geschickt. Ich muss doch wissen , soviel Gäste sind im Hotel und soviel kommen zum Frühstück ? Und um 9.15 sind keine Brötchen mehr da ?

Une chambre très correcte, une literie très bonne, une douche avec de la pression et de l'eau chaude que demander de plus. Il existe un sauna, hammam et une salle de musculation. Au top, rien à dire

Der Empfang mit einem kleinen Kind war leider nicht angemessen. Hatte gefragt wo der Automat wäre wo ich den hinterlegten Zimmerschlüssel abholen könnte. Die Angestellten sagten mir ich müsse erst einen Zettel ausfüllen. Bin dann selbst um das Hotel gegangen und hatte endlich den Automaten gefunden und mir den Schlüssel geholt und bin dann vorbei bei den verdutzten Angestellten. Im Bad gibt’s keine Vorbereitungen für Kinder, an die Handtücher kommt kein Kind ran.

Gefallen hat mir das Restaurant und das Frühstück. Als Gast hat mir nicht gefallen: ich war einfach da. Ich wurde sehr anonym behandelt. Angebot im Haus auf Bezug von Wellness war sehr dürftig.

No one in the staff talked English in the restaurant and no English menu. I have some food allergies so I didn’t understand the menu so I couldn’t find more than two choices. Little sad. Would really prefer an English menu. Otherwise a great hotel!!

It's an unpretentious yet very good hotel with rooms at reasonable rates. Excellent breakfast spread. Restaurant menu a mix of German and Croatian, meals served in copious quantities.
