Perfect!!

Very friendly. The staff is excellent!!. The room is small but enough. It's very close to the U Station. We were there for Oktoberfest, and it was so easy to get there from the hotel - just one train, a 10-minute ride. They have parking included.

The room was clean , the biggest let down for me was the dog ends in a urn of sand at the entrance it was full when we arrived and even fuller on our departure Also the lack of a kettle and beverage making facilities in the room. The area where the Hotel was, was very pleasant.

Cheap hotel, basic but job done.

Basically one of the cheapest I could find for my Oktoberfest trip to Munich. It’s a very basic hotel, but the rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. The bathroom in my visit wasn’t great I seemed to have small ants visiting every now and again! Didn’t really bother me though. Uber to town centre is about 15-20 mins.

Affordable stay in south-west Munich

Close to the metro. Access to parking. Grocery store around the corner. Good value for money. Green and quiet area. Check in was quick and easy. The walls are very thin in the rooms so you hear the "neighbors" well. The bed had two layers of sheets which due to the material (felt like it was designed for a drunk Octoberfest visitor who might piss himself) made you very hot. Not entirely beneficial in the summer when it is humid and hot outside. Other than that, perfectly fine room. While I was not in the room, sheets and pillowcase were changed, but did not get a bag for the trash.

This place was in a very convenient location for me, and reasonably clean. I was in a Double Comfort room. Bed comfort fine. Great parking lot. I was disappointed that, although the website still indicates breakfast to be offered and included in the rate, they had stopped serving breakfast some time ago. (I had stayed here twice before, and the very nice breakfast was the high point of this establishment.) The furnishings in the room provided no cabinets or drawers where anything could be put out of sight. The bathroom also had little horizontal space to place items, and the shower stall was extremely cramped, with a shower head that was wobbly and uncontrollable. I requested a washcloth for the bath, and was told this was unavailable. I had left a sign on my door at 12:30 pm asking for the room to be cleaned, was that too late? It did not get cleaned, even though the vacuum cleaner was leaning right against my door when I left. This hotel could stand to be modernized. There were no phones in the room, no USB ports to charge, TV screen was too small for the room, old fashioned heavy keys .

Wonderful hotel in quiet neighborhood

This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood outside of the central Munich area. Advantages: The quietness and the nice neighborhood. The quietness does come at a price, however, since it is out of the central area. In fact, if you are riding the metro, the Furstenried West station serving the hotel is at the very end of the U3 line. Upon exiting the station, it is about a two short blocks walk to the hotel. The hotel appears to be owner-operated and shows much pride of ownership. I bought a breakfast one day and it was excellent. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Shopping: Not much around. There is a convenience store near the metro station, along with an excellent bakery nearby. Other stores a few blocks away. Note that the hotel stairs indoors are excellent and broad; however, I did not see an elevator in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf der Gemeinschaftstoilette würde ich allerdings empfehlen eine Möglichkeit der Desinfektion anzubieten.
