Room is conveniently located, close to the train station. Nice area, not far to walk for restaurants or Pubs etc. Parking available on the street adjacent to the property. The check in is very convenient, all done through the mobile link, access to the room and front door all unlocked from your phone. One issue i faced was the fan. Due to the hot summer weather, the staff provided a fan in our room, although it was completely useless, the heat was bearable on my stay luckily, however we could hardly feel any airflow at all. Fortunately the big window opens quite wide for cooling, however if the fans/cooling was upgraded it would’ve made the stay more enjoyable. The room isn’t the biggest, however it’s very reasonably priced for its location and it does the job. Cheap and cheerful :) ! The other amenities were fine, such as shower, fridge freezer etc Overall the property is easy to access with convenient check in/out. Great location especially for the price, my only complaint is the poor fan we had. Other than that, i cannot complain.

Location was good especially if you are going for Oktoberfest (which I was not) only a short walk from the main train station. Room was clean, bed comfy & if it had not been for an over enthusiastic housekeeping team who took away all my stuff, it would have got top marks. The support team got this issue resolved & my gear was returned after 2 hours. I guess this is the only problem with not having staff permanently onsite!

Staff were helpful with checking in. Room was very warm, they did provided two basic fans, one didn't work the other was very weak. Shower leaked everywhere bathroom flooded every time. Gaps at the bottom of the shower so no water was sealed in. Amenities were good and did what they needed to do. Half way through are stay we needed more toilet paper, whattapps then quick response said they would bring us some- never did , then proceeded to give us instructions on how to get to the store cupboard. Overall not bad but wasn't that pleasant to stay and relax in the room.

Beautiful studio a short (10-15 min) walk from München Hauptbahnhof. It's located in a quieter neighborhood a bit further from Altstadt but is located near an U-Bahn station near the church. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is no laundry on-site for guests. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

Location very convenient to transportation and only a 5 min walk to theresenwiese were the spring fest and Oktoberfest take place. 15-20 walk to Marienplatz. You need a code to gain access to the complex because there is no front desk. They do have an elevator. Several restaurants and coffee bars nearby. This apartment is basic but fine for a couple days. They have a small fridge, stove with pots pans and plates. Teabags, coffee are provided in room. You can store your luggage in basement if you arrive before check in. You just need to get the code to the door.

The apartment was central but was very dirty, no soap in bathroom, only one towel left. Access to apartment was not easy and when called to support no one answered. Besides the fact that it was very expensive for what was promised (over 300 Euro per night)

Worst place I've ever been in my life I definitely do not recommend if you cannot stand 40 degree heat period there's no air conditioning there is no fan there is no sense of reprieve at all from the heat you're only options is to open the windows period unfortunately you're in a courtyard with a church right next door and the church Echoes all the way. And on top of that there is no way to avoid the sunlight because you need to keep the windows open because otherwise you'll die of heat. Also the place is next to three Turkish restaurants Which party way too late in the morning And Apartment stuff or Smoke directly under your room And reek the whole place up of smoke. Literally the worst place I've stayed in my life Don't book !

Upon arrival, the trash can was already overflowing with garbage left behind by the previous guest. Overall, the room—including the bathroom—lacked cleanliness. Furthermore, the legs of the extra bed collapsed while my wife was sitting on it; upon closer inspection, I found that only one of the four mounting screws was actually in place. Because this was dangerous, I requested repairs along with the trash removal. I received a prompt, cheerful text message from an AI promising immediate action, yet nothing was ever done. One of the dining chairs had the same issue—only one screw out of four was attached. Whether this is due to cost-cutting or sheer negligence, it poses a safety risk. I do not intend to use this place ever again.

The problem with this property is that it is basically unstaffed. It's one of these apartment "hotels" that expect you to do everything electronically by yourself, including registering, searching for the info on how to check in (it ended up in my junk email). They give you a confusing online app to open the front door and your room door. (You had to push a bar and wait for the dark line to go across the bar to get the door to click open.) I read a bit further and found a code that you could put into the keypad next to the doors to open them. If you're thinking I'm just not tech savvy enough to understand, I encountered at least a half dozen groups of people (many young and tech savvy) trying to check into the building while I was exiting. I managed to explain what I could to help them. Most were unaware that they had to do things like download a picture of their passport before checking in to their hotel. This greatly increases the stress of travel IMO and I will try to avoid these so called "hotels" in the future. It's another example of companies increasing profits by cutting staff. In this case providing no staff whatsoever except those who clean the rooms in between guests. When I got to the room, it looked more like a prison cell, with bare concrete floors, a filthy pot from the previous "guest" and a shower head that was falling off the wall. Also, no instructions on how the stove or combo microwave/oven worked. I won't return.

Checked in and learned that there is no AC. The door would only tilt, not open. There was only a chat bot to talk to. Bed was broken. To report issues, I had to use WhatsApp and send video to a bot. Bed was dirty. Trash in hall and it smelled bad. I don’t usually complain but I’m fighting for a refund. It was so bad we left within an hour.

Oda çok küçük.ek olarak masa konulması odayı daha da küçültmüş.bagajı açacak yer dahi kalmıyor.Masa yüzünden dolap açılmıyor.Masa kaldırılmalı.duş başlığında sıkıntı vardı.her duşta her her su içinde kalıyor.havlunun paralı olması da sıkıntı yaratıyor.Otelin yeri güzel.Her yere ulaşım imkanı var.çevrede güzel bira bahçesi vs olması çok iyi.Fiyat performans olarak iyi sayılır.
