親切なホテルマンに軍配

ホテル内はとても清潔で、サービスが行き届いていることをとても感じました。ホテルの周りは老朽化した建物やバラックが多く、道にはノラ犬（と思います）も見られ、ところどころに糞が落ちているのが気になったのですが、治安が悪いとは感じませんでした。立地は決して良いとは言えないと思いますが、それを差し引いても親切な従業員の対応と清潔さが大きく上回り、次の機会があるならまた宿泊したいと思っています。

18時に到着するもエアコン故障のため90分待たされた挙句にほかのホテルへ振り返られた。翌日正午に迎えの車が来る約束も30分遅れ。２日目はフォーシーズンズ本来の快適なサービスが受けられたものの一流ホテルの対応としては不満が残る。

インド流の贅沢を満喫できるホテルです

ムンバイで友人に会うためにこのホテルに泊まりました。サービスは完璧、かつフレンドリーで、高級ホテルの雰囲気を満喫しました。部屋の清掃も申し分なく、アメニティもKAMAです。2泊しましたが、滞在中不便がないように私が必要そうなものをさりげなく部屋に置いてくれる心遣いも素晴らしかったです。朝食のビュッフェは過不足なく、卵料理、パンケーキなどはメニューから選ぶことができ、作り立てを楽しめます。流行りのデトックスジュースもおいてあり、ついつい長居をしてしまったほどです。周りには特にショッピングモールなどはありませんが、タクシーなどを呼んでもらえば、至近距離にあります。インド喧噪からひと時離れ、贅沢な気分を味わえるお勧めなホテルです。

出張での宿泊

ムンバイで最も人気のあるルーフトップバーを備えた高級感漂うホテル。入り口は狭く、セキュリティーがしっかりしている印象を受けた。朝食はバラエティー豊富でメニューからも好きなものを頼めてさらにブッフェがついていて大満足。ただ、夜は周りにご飯を食べられる場所がほとんどないため、レストランとルームサービスで済ませたが、コスパは悪い。ただホテルは品があり、ジムもきれいで非常に行き届いていて大満足だった。

Cosy and comfortable hotel in Mumbai, in terms of location and services. Convenient to the center of city, BKC, (not very close but just 15-20 mins from the hotel) and good room and services, they offered. I'd I like to stay here if I have any opportunity to come to Mumbai in the future.

喧噪のインドムンバイの中のオアシス

コーナールームの大きな窓から見えるアラビア海とそこに浮かぶ白いハジアリ寺院がとても幻想的でした。今回は個人旅行でしたが、ホテルスタッフがとても親切で、丁寧にアドバイスをくれました。部屋の広さ、バスルームの快適さ、コーヒーや紅茶、ミネラルウォーターなどの無料提供はとてもありがたかったです。

快適！

チェックインが14時からなのですが、私達は11時半頃ホテルに到着しました。するとお部屋を準備してくださっている間に、ロビーでハーブティーやフルーツを頂き12時頃にはお部屋でゆっくり出来ました。バスルームも素敵でベッドも全て快適でした！スパでリラックスして無料のヨガも体験しました。近くには高級ブランドショップが有りショップで購入した洋服をホテル迄デリバリーしてくれました。ムンバイではここがおすすめです！朝食に日本食が有り感激！美味しかったです！

Great hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not a huge hotel but the rooftop bar is amazing. Definitely recommend going up for a drink and an appetizer. The remodeled room was nice but with the smog you don't really get a view of the ocean..

We stayed at one of the renovated rooms which was really nice with great views.

Fabulous hotel!

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel. Service is amazing. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and service here also fabulous. Restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thoroughly recommend and hope to stay again. Special thanks to Sonali and team at the concierge who were super helpful and helped make our stay extra special.

Vissa saker bra vissa dåliga

Rummen var fina och gymmet var bra. Baren på taket var super nice. Poolområder var dåligt. Jätte mycket duvor som flög runt och badade i poolen och hela poolområdet var under skugga mitt på dagen.

Excellent hotel with outstanding restaurant

Although the standard room was rather small I thought the hotel was excellent value considering the quality and location. Of particular note was the outstanding restaurant serving a variety of Indian and Asian cuisines - I wish I could have stayed longer to sample more of the dishes. The staff were all extremely attentive, helpful and friendly.

Great place

Excellent hotel and great restaurants made this two day trip very memorable - Nitin at the front desk was very kind. SanQi is a great place to eat good Asian food. AER was a neat place tp hang around late night
