"Location for this detached house is in a quiet residential road with off street parking. A car is essential if you stay here as it is a long walk to the centre of Falmouth. But there is a local beach not far away. As it is on the outskirts if town it is easy to access and travel to other places in Cornwall. The house is fitted to a very high standard. "The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries.
