"If you’re looking for direct beach access, this is not the place. If you’re looking for pool access and a makeshift beach, you’d be all set! The vibes were very relaxing. Staff, for the most part were great; friendly, welcoming, sweet, etc. Not too much of a party experience while we were there- but the piano lounge can get lit. The property overall is nice, but could use some upgrades- including ada accessibility improvements. For example, there were no elevators. If I were to come back I’d prefer a balcony next time; but I couldn’t bring family, due to this."

"I spent a week there with my family and we were very overwhelmed by all the staff especially Askil’s great bartender takes care of us and makes for us some good refreshing drinks. "the front desk lady actually walked me to my room and went through the room features with me as I checked in alone. To the water sports attendants made me feel very welcomed and like I would do all the activities Mr. Fabian Jordan, Hotel Ambassador, definitely exceeded my expectations. He checked on me just the right amount of times where I didn’t feel bombarded with messages but I also didn’t feel forgotten. The rooms are classy, the spa is a 3/5 for me but the treatment was nice."
