You can't call for room service, there is no phone, everything was dirty, the room wasn't cleaned, check-in was a nightmare, terrible amenities, no VIP amenities offered, even with VIP status, will be getting a ranking of zero stars."

"Staff are excellent, polite, helpful the place is nice and quiet it’s almost new property. Only downside is far from central but if you have transportation it’s a great place to stay and relax. Overall, the staff really made a huge difference. The food in resort was really good you don’t need to go to central! Thank you to all the staff 👍"
