Scam

The hotel confirmed my booking, charged me for the room, and then messaged me while we were on our way to tell me they had no rooms and that I need to cancel my reservation. The reservation was non-refundable and if I pushed cancel, I would not get my money back. The concierge said they would contact hotels.com to sort out the matter. One day later, the concierge had not contacted hotels.com as promised, and I was still charged and my payment processed as if I checked in; hotels.com said it had no information on this as the staff did not want to speak English with them This is a poor hotel with poor service and should be avoided at all costs.

Otelin kinumindan iş yapiyorlar. Aksam 10 dan sonra şömine yakmak yasak. Sömine zatwn manzaralı tarafta değil. Tuvalet banyo çok kotü kokuyor. Dekarasyonu eski belli. Verdigimiz paraya kesinlikle degmez.

Keyifli bir otel

Otelin konumu çok güzel göle 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde , manzarası da doğal olarak güzel , kaldığımız odada herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık . Sadece restoran kısmı vasat diyebilirim . Küçük ve yemekler orta lezzette .Birde şömine için gelen odunlar ıslak olmasaydı belki yanardı :) Yinede güzel bir h.sonu geçirdik tavsiye ederim

Konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Direkt göl manzarasına uyanıyorsunuz. Evlerin ısı yalıtımı çok güzel fakat ses için aynı durum geçerli değil. Kahvaltı ortalama çeşitlilikte ama lezzetli.

İiyi ve kötü bir arada nası olur?

Konum gölün kenarı o bakımdan mükemmel. Oda mobilya ve yatak mükemmel. Banyo vasat, düşük konfora sahip. Oda fiyatı bir miktar yüksek. Resepsiyon ve kahvaltı mekanı kasaba lokantası seviyesinde. Kahvaltı kalitesi çok düşük. Gölün üzerinde başja bir mekanda yaptık. Binalar arası yollar ve çevre bakımsız itinasız. Resepsiyon bölümünde otelden olan 4-5 genç nargile içmeyi biliyor da dışarı çıkıp etrafa bir çeki düzen vermiyor. Umarım bu eleştirilere kızmak yerine teşekkür ederler.
