「It’s old sofas and dirty」

「The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

「I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The AC started going out the first night, but it was tolerable. Saturday I spent the day at the pool. Customer service at the bar was mediocre because no matter what you purchased they already get a 20% tip. When I went back to my room Saturday afternoon, the AC was completely out. I called and was promised it was gonna be fixed within the next 30 minutes. When it wasn’t, I called back again and they said within the next two hours. When it wasn’t and I...

「If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!」

「Enough for a passing hotel. The price is fine. But it lacks a lot of cleaning. The room smelled bad, it seemed that the sheets had not been changed we found hair in it, they smelled strange.」

「家族で使用。 帰りに食品を買う為に、キッチン付きのホテルを選択しました。 受付、部屋、他設備は、文句ありません。 不満だった点 1. シャンプーが空(フロントで携帯用貰いました) 2. 翌日のハウスクリーンは、なし。 3. 朝飯　6:00 - 8:00 7:30 にいった時には、 　食べるのほぼなし コロナ最中だったので、仕方ないとは思いつつ 少し残念でした。」
