Unfortunately I had a terrible experience the first night as the touch lighting system went off randomly on its own FIVE times while I was trying to sleep, lighting EVERY light in the room. I want a refund for that night and can’t figure out how to put this complaint forward to Expedia, leaving me very frustrated with Expedia, less so with lovely Point A hotel. I loved the hotel except for the technology issue.

The location was great. Though in a very busy area with a bar next door, it was very quiet. Room small, but clean and adequate with a large bathroom large.
