「The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe.」

「Great location. Affordable. Friendly and helpful owner. However, the bathrooms seemed to be connected by vent, so easy to hear into neighbors room, and vice versa- not a recommended place to honeymoon ;)」

「I like the place as there are many F&B outlet within walking distance. I am very disappointed with the process of collecting the key because the door key was taken by someone else. Although the staff did help to get back the key but much of my time is wasted in calling and waiting.」

「Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...

「had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited...

「pool are not open, so paying for room with room+pool charge are expensive. Trying to call before booking but not pick up. very dissappointed because the main objective are to bring the kids to the "hotel" and playing pools.」

「Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage, sauberes Zimmer & nettes Personal. Leider kein Schrank obwohl es genug Platz im Zimmer gibt & Bett ist etwas kurz. 」

「Good except need to improve the bathroom to have basin and mirror. The 3rd room is only with single bed without aircond. Not suitable when the weather is hot.」

「Very good home stay for few families since there are 4 rooms with 2 single beds. However it was stated there are Astro channels but it was not the case. 」

「the place is excellent n convinent to all attractions place but a bit tricky to find, we ask the staff to send us a location n it took us about 30mins=4 round to get the details. overall is superb! 」

「It is an excellent villa if you are looking for lot of bedroom and spacious living room... its very good for group travelling... only its wifi during my stay was not working so it kind of restrict some of our planned activities... 」
