"From the time we arrived to our departure, the attention to detail on how everything was organized and planned by resort staff was what stood out. Rooms were super clean, the grounds were immaculate, and staff did everything they could to accommodate and assist. We stayed over Christmas, and the resort had Santa arrive on a boat to deliver presents to the kids on the beach which was a great time. Thanks again Intercontinental! "

It was very peaceful to sit on the deck and watch the boats and fish. One night a manta ray swam by. The host was helpful and when we had a couple of issues he managed to get them resolved very quickly. Great trip. "
