In Zagreb I always stay in hotel Dubrovnik. Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms with modern bathrooms and great view to main square. Roman Bajamic

Staff at reception is neither qualified nor professional enough to receive customers and handle their concerns. At check in and check out - both had behavioral issues for such service industry. Therefore, the cost / value relationship for such a high price hotel is not good to justify choosing it again.

The hostel is on a tram route from the station (number 6), so that was good. There is a supermarket on the corner and fast food options nearby. I found it difficult to get into my room using the code. I was able to phone for help, but I didn't enjoy being alone in a big hostel with no staff present and struggling to understand how things worked. The room was large and comfortable but there was a skylight which meant that it was far too light to sleep as soon as the sun rose.

Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes.
