"Good clean hotel!"

"Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. Not at all what I would have expected from a luxury hotel. We did return to reception to discuss room options and were eventually moved to a more suitable room but this seemed to luck that there were any rooms suitable for 4 of us left. Would think of going back again but would be seriously concerned we could end up in a sub standard room."

"Clean rooms. Check in was poor. When we arrived, no one at reception and staff at bar ingored us. Rooms weren't sound proof, we could hear music from the bar. The live music went on until late, 11pm. "

"Amazing from start to finish Brilliant friendly staff backed with exquisite food both evening and breakfast. Bathroom fan was noisy and push button taps but will return"

"Provided a mini fridge when we needed one. We were so thankful. Also had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Excellent property and staff."
