Suite was Huge! Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Only 2 very minor observations (not really enough to call complaints) 1. Fridge had no freezer compartment ( never saw a mini-fridge before without one) and 2) room could have used more lighting. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very spacious, clean and cool. The housekeepers were overly eager to clean the room when i was actually extended my stay. Walked in my room while asleep and it wasn't close to 11 o'clock yet. i was very disgusted by that.The front desk were helpful for the most part. The good customer service quality wasn't there. I feel everything was rushed

The only problem we had was being upstairs with no elevator to use, I'm disabled and walking up and down the stairs was agony, but that was not the fault of the hotel since we had to have a specific room set up and the only availability was the second floor.
