Nomad Nation by Tiny Away sits in a peaceful tiny house retreat in Mount Perry’s countryside, just 35 minutes from Gin Gin and only an hour from the lively city of Bundaberg Central. If you’re feeling adventurous, take a scenic drive to Burnett Heads, Bargara, and Coral Cove. These spots have sandy beaches, marinas, and beautiful views—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.
This 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
A perfect escape among holiday homes for those wanting to relax in nature.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, including the separate driveway leading to the main entrance.

Nomad Nation by Tiny Away is nestled in the North Burnett Region, just 35 minutes from Gin Gin. Close to local restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, it’s the perfect escape for those seeking peaceful countryside views, quiet solitude, or quality family time.
While staying at the tiny house, we recommend visiting the Smelter Site, which highlights some of the earliest smelting technology in the region. Gin Gin, the nearest rural town, offers local charm and convenience.
Don’t miss the Boolboonda Tunnel, famous for being the longest unsupported tunnel in Queensland. Mount Walsh National Park is perfect for hiking and soaking in natural beauty.
You can also explore the Mount Perry Bicentennial Museum, filled with folk memorabilia, or enjoy a bushwalk in Mount Perry with rainforest paths, hoop pines, and stunning views.

By car:

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please note that we have a dog and cat on the property
- Breakfast is available for an extra cost and upon prior request by guests
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
