When this is combined with the love for nature that the host Mary shares with you and staying in one of the shepherds huts all conditions for a perfect stay are there. Guidance to nice walks and places to see are part of the warm welcoming to Blackstairs Shepherds Hut. We enjoyed the quietness, a walk along the river Barrow and having dinner in the nearby town Borris.」

「Great modern hotel in a very small town off of the highway. We decided to stay somewhere outside of Dublin after visiting Dublin for a couple of days on our way further south to the Ireland coast. This was a perfect place for that. This was a perfect hotel for that. It was a very large facility with a great morning breakfast and a nice onsite bar and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place when exploring the countryside in the area.」
