「We chose this property because we were visiting a close family member in Ipswich hospital. The property was amazing, staff were engaging & helpful, the room was clean and spacious and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no lift to take us up to the floor where we were staying, otherwise everything else was beautiful. 」

「Not clean at all. Bed linen had not been changed, found dirt and grass in beds. Only 3 towels for 6 guests. No toaster. Only a very small bar fridge. Only 3 bedrooms not 4. No queen beds only doubles. Kids scribble on walls. Yards very messy, overgrown and unmowed.」

「Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back.」
