The reception staff cares less about you. No warm or even cold welcome. Didnt even look at me more than say 1 second during the entire transaction. Asked for a 1st floor but issued me a ground floor room. I get it. Misunderstanding. But when I asked to be switched, the guy looked at me like he was about to murder me. clicked away on his keyboard for several mins and then announced room will be ready in 2 hours. I just took the ground floor. dusty. If you are health conscious, you should stay away from this place.

Decent hotel right inside the airport. Pool was a hit with the kid.

The hotel was excellent. It is just too bad that if you book a room through Hotels.com or Expedia, you end up right next to the elevator. Literally backing up to the mechanical room. We heard the motors all night. I asked for a decent room, and the person who checked us in made a point of saying where we booked, so I knew it was coming. This has been happening more and more with Hotels.com bookings, which is making it hard to continue using this platform. Most of the time it's the elevator or a view of the rooftop HVAC unit.
