"The lobby area and breakfast area was freezing cold. It was uncomfortable to eat in the lobby area. Other than the temperature the hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and housekeeping is excellent. "

The front desk attendant who checked me on at 8 pm on Friday night was so exceptional he even went out of his way to help me download a video file to a flash drive of some photos of my recently deceased brother who we were in town to attend his service! My old brain doesn’t recall names as well anymore but he deserved some recognition. Again can’t remember the name of the lady who checked me out on Sunday but she was on crutches and was incredibly helpful friendly and courteous. Kudos to your staff’"
