コスパの高いホテル
２月初旬に３泊しました。 カンヌ国鉄駅前からタクシーで２５ユーロ（チップ別）、大通り沿いのホテルです。ホテルまで歩いて3～5分ほどのバス停に止まるバス路線もあり、こちらは一人１.５ユーロで乗れますが、曜日によっては本数が非常に少ないです。ムージャンの村（観光エリア）までは、徒歩で３０分弱。徒歩ルートは歩道があったりなかったりで、車の交通量が多ので、歩いて村へ行くのはあまり快適ではありませんでした。 泊まった部屋はプールビューの２階。内装に古さは感じますが、シャワーの湯量もしっかりありますし、大きなスーツケースを広げるのに十分なスペースもあり快適です。浴室アメニティはシャンプーとボディソープ、石鹸、ボディローション。部屋にはVittelの１リットルのボトルとマカロン４個、エスプレッソマシンがありました。その他、バスローブとスリッパもあります。 部屋の金庫が壊れていたのでフロントに連絡しましたが、修理に時間がかかりそうだったので使用は諦めました。また、部屋の電話も故障中で使えませんでしたが、フロントの皆さんが一生懸命対応してくれるので、あまり不満は感じませんでした。 朝食は、コーヒー、紅茶、各種ジュース、パン、シリアル、チーズ、ハム、ベーコン、卵料理、フルーツ、ヨーグルトなど種類が豊富です。野菜はトマトのみ。最終日にはホテルのレストランで夕食を取りましたが、ボリュームがたっぷりで見た目も美しく、トリュフやフォアグラもふんだんに使ってあり美味しいメニューを楽しめました。軽く済ませたい日は、バス停のそばにあるデリでサラダやペイストリーを調達できます。 オフシーズンだったこともあると思いますが、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと感じました。

Splendid environment and hospitality!
素晴らしい環境、ホスピタリティーです。 美しい緑と空気が日常疲れた身体に染み入りました。 私達は1泊のみでしたが、連泊してゆっくり時を楽しむのがおすすめです。 一つ一つの部屋に庭が付いており、中には小さな子ども用プールを持参している家族もいました。 家族連れ、カップルに自信を持っておすすめできるホテルです。 Splendid environment and hospitality! Beautiful green and air spread into your body.

Très bel endroit
Très bel hôtel dans de magnifiques bastides provençales très bien entretenues. Litterie très confortable. Le service gagnerait encore en qualité avec des tasses pour accompagner la machine à café en chambre, une bouilloire pour un thé et un pommeau de douche plus doux sur la peau.

Honnêtement de gros progrès à faire sans doute parceque c’est hors saison Chambre très vétuste. Climatisation donc chauffage très très limite. De très gros progrès à faire malgré l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

It needs refurbishment, not as photos shown on Expedia. We were given a room that didn't match what we booked. The garden was in need of attention, the grass needed cutting and the swimming pool was very cold, it needs heating.

Our gardener comes every week to take care of our backyard. But it's a french style garden. That means a bit wild. Leider war das Hotel nicht wie erwartet. Positiv können das bequeme Bett aufgeführt werden, der Parkplatz, die Lage und die eigentlich schöne Anlage. Leider war diese nicht so gepflegt u.a. mit teils gefährlichen durchgerosteten Metallplatten im Boden. Es hatte die ersten Tage eine Tagungsgruppe, die morgens über das eh schon magere Frühstücksbüffet herfielen und bis in die Nacht sehr laut waren. Die entsprechende Servicekraft war leider nicht in der Lage für Ruhe zu sorgen. Das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer mit 20 Euro. Das Brot und Baguette, wenn es denn hatte (3 tage lang kam keine Lieferung und es hat einiges gefehlt), wurde aufgebacken. An einem Tag war es innen noch gefroren. Der Kaffe kam aus einem Automaten, der auch ständig nicht ging, war sehr dünn, hat schrecklich geschmeckt und Milchschaum gab es leider nicht. Die ausgewiesenen Raucherbereiche waren wohl das gesamte Hotel. Sehr störend war, dass auch beim Essen geraucht wurde und obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, um mich herum Raucher einquartiert waren. Zudem war das Zimmer in der Nähe der hoteleigenen Abfallcontainer, deren Metalldeckel nachts um 23 Uhr mehrfach zugeschlagen wurden. Das Servicepersonal wirkte überfordert sowie unmotiviert und zum Teil waren sie frech.

Vor 5 Jahren war das Hotel in gutem Zustand mit einem guten Service und Küche. Jetzt im September 2023 läuft es auf Verschleiß. Viele kleine Mängel sind auch sichtbar (Rostflecken auf den Tischen im Garten – Schranktüren, die sich nicht schließen lassen – Rostlöcher auf dünnen Abdeckungen auf dem Weg im Garten – Filz aus Staub auf den Filtern der Klimaanlage – Glas des Aperitif hatte Bruchstellen am oberen Rand). Das Personal läuft ebenfalls auf Sparflamme – leider auch beim Frühstück. In 9 Tagen gelang es nur einmal, im Hotel zu essen. Begründung es gibt nur wenige Plätze, da der Service fehlte. Das Frühstück war eher ein Kampf. Der Kaffeeautomat lieferte ein nahezu ungenießbares Etwas – wenn er funktionierte. Das Rührei ähnelte eher eine Milchsuppe mit Ei. Ständig fehlte etwas. Einmal war das aufgebackene Brot noch gefroren. Das wenige vorhandene Personal stand permanent unter Druck – entsprechend laut wurde kommuniziert. Nervig ist auch die Raucherei an den Frühstückstischen, obwohl es angeblich ausgewiesene Raucherbereiche gibt. Schade – Urlaub sieht anders aus

O hotel é charmoso e com boa localização, mas praticamente não tem serviços. Ao fazer o check in fomos informados que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Ok. Ao pedir uma estimated tempo para que o quarto ficasse disponível, a resposta da recepcionista foi “não tenho ideia, pode ser 30 min, 1 hora, nao tenho como saber”. Quando finalmente o quarto ficou pronto, ficada mim anexo. Ao perguntar se tinha alguém para ajudar com as malas a resposta foi negativa. Tivemos que carregar as nossas malas para o quarto. Ao chegar no anexo, o quarto ficava no 2o andar e não tinha elevador. Perguntamos de novo se alguém poderia nos ajudar a levar as malas ao 2o andar e novamente a resposta foi negativa. Após carregarmos as malas escada acima, descemos para almoçar. Eram 2:05 pm, mas fomos informados que o restaurante fechava às 2:00pm e que não era mais possível almoçar. Perguntamos então se não poderíamos comer uma salada ou um sanduíche. De novo a resposta foi negativa. Após as 2:00pm não havia nada para comer. Enfim, um hotel charmoso, bem localizado ( especialmente para quem vai jogar golfe), porém faltam os serviços básicos de um hotel 4 estrelas. Uma pena.

Superbe endroit bien entretenu. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable à cet hôtel, qui aurait été encore plus agréable si nous avions eu accès au restaurant de l’hôtel. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à quiconque visite Mougins ou Grasse.

Schöne Hotelanlage in einer Villengegend. Ohne Auto ist man verloren. Positiv: Parkplätze kostenfrei. Außenanlagen etwas nachlässig unterhalten - nicht untypisch für Frankreich außerhalb der Hochsaison. Restaurantservice lief noch auf Sparflamme. Trotz schwacher Belegung war es nicht möglich, trotz geöffneten Restaurants ein A-la-Carte Essen zu servieren

De manière générale, l'hôtel est charmant. Malheureusement nous avons pris une première chambre dont l'état de la salle de bain était franchement limite. La douche était cassée et les joints présentaient de la moisissure. La peinture et le carrelage étaient aussi dans leur jus. Nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre avec une baignoire et son état était identique à la première : vetuste et présentant de la moisissure sur les joints de la baignoire. Le pommeau de douche était jauni par la vieillesse et la barre de douche tenait miraculeusement... Pour une nuit à 120 € c'est limite. Il méritait peut-être ses quatres étoiles il y a 10 ans mais ce n'est plus le cas.

Hôtel au top, ne vous fiez pas au mauvais avis, car vraiment hôtel et chambres super, petit dej au top, personnel super gentil Rien à redire, il est vrai que les salles de bain ne sont pas modernes mais propreté impeccable

Schade, dass sowohl beim Frühstück als auch nach dem Nachtessen unverblümt darauf hingewiesen wird, dass "das Buffet" um 10.00 schliesst, resp. die Bar um 23.00 Uhr zu macht. Das erscheint mir NICHT ****-würdig.

Nice breakfast and garden
Nice hotel. Although rooms are in need of renovation. Some rooms are very dark. Hotel has a nice ambience and a lovely garden. Great breakfast. The vast majority of the staff very friendly. A criticism is the absence of a smoking protocol that separates smokers from non-smokers. It would be so easy to make a separation so that everyone can enjoy their meal without being gassed by other peoples smoke!

Great breakfast and parking. Poor internet.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff but the hotel rooms are in need of renovation., particularly the bathrooms. The wifi is not very strong and the pool bar restaurant is too expensive. The restaurants generally are not consistent in quality. Small portions but expensive. Breakfast though was super everyday.

We loved the quiet, clam atmosphere with excellent staff. The pool area was clean, well maintained pool and breakfast set you up perfectly for the day. Almost perfect except that sometimes in cleaning the room daily things weren’t replaced once used. The Wi-Fi could also be stronger in the rooms further away from the main building. Parking was great and a good location to see the area.
