Management are easily contactable and went above and beyond when we arrived as we did not know where to go and a lovely young man came to assist us. "We were so amazed with the room , the lobby area, and Martina was excellent proving very important information. Did i mention that the room was beautifully decorated; i felt I was sleeping on a musean. I do so recommend the hotel. Hey be careful because you sre going to fall in love with the hotel. "
