"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. "Even though we were lost and running late, our host Oksana waited patiently for us and welcomed us with open arms. She showed us the property and had a map ready to show us where restaurants, coops, and historical sites around town. The first restaurant she recommended was the best meal we had in ages! "This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma.
