The room size and breakfast selection are on par for a budget hotel, but it is very clean and stylish. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but there is also a tram running along the main street that you can take. It is located right next to a cluster of restaurants, many specializing in local cuisine. Many convenience stores located nearby as well.

My stay at Guesthouse Lululu was lovely! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in over the phone, and parking was easy once I contacted to property to reserve a spot. If I return to Kochi, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great little place to stay in Kochi. The location is a short walk from the station and streetcar stop. The place was clean and tidy, with lots of amenities like laundry, a kitchen, hairdryer etc. The owners are extremely lovely and really make an effort to chat to the guests and offer recommendations. They also offer a free breakfast and free curry dinner each night. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area 😊

"Only spent one night here on the way to the Iya Valley. JR Clement is an excellent hotel located right next to the JR Station. Clients were mostly Japanese businessman which was nice as it seemed we were the only tourist so it was very quiet. Hotel was very clean and seemed very new. On site parking. ..."
