「Le personnel à l’accueil est vraiment charmant, ils répondent très précisément à toute votre demande L’hôtel est situé dans une zone qui, au premier abord peut déstabiliser. Lorsque vous arrivez sur le site tout est merveilleusement bien organisé c’est très joli. La piscine est très fonctionnel énorme et vous pouvez y accéder toute la journée à votre bon vouloir vraiment c’est très bien.」

「We ended up taking a train early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. Phenomenal, customer service from the staff upfront. Mind you this is a no alcohol place to stay. Regardless of that, we had a fabulous time and hope to stay here again when we come back to Mostar」

「スタリ・モスト橋のすぐそば。周りはお土産物やレストランなどがあり困らない。ホテル自体にレストランが併設されており、最初はレセプションがどこか分かりませんでした。併設のレストランで食事をすると10%割引と言っていたような。部屋は清潔で綺麗。シャワーもカーテンではなく、ガラス扉で仕切られていてレインフォール付きです。洗面台もオシャレです。１人で寝泊まりするには充分ですが強いて言えば、冷蔵庫と物を置けるスペースというか机とかあれば良かったかなと。」
